CNC controller is a brain of the automated machine. Automated machine can be of any type from milling machine to lathe or even a CNC coil winding machine. The controller executes the command sent from a computer and controlls the motion and operation of a machine.
The controller is therefore a piece of hardware that has electrical connection to all other pieces of peripheral devices. These can be motor drivers, sensors, limit switches etc. It controls and monitors the signals from sensors and sends signals to the drivers with information of how much to move.
We developed the PoKeys series of CNC controllers to offer flexibility, high performance, advanced features, reliability and easy integration. High flexibility is offered through multiple I/O pins which can be used for a lot of different purposes.
The easy integration is offered through PoKeys application, which allows for easy testing of all the I/O and advanced functionality for the machine. For use with Mach3 and Mach4 we developed plugins where all the functionality is set up. We are constantly adding functionalities and updates to the application as well as plugin to stay up to date and offer the best performance.
You can choose a dedicated PoKeys57CNC with up to 8-axis support and USB and Ethernet connection. Device contains dedicated connectors for connections with motor drivers, pendants, LCD module, etc. In addition, 5 analog inputs with 12-bit resolution, 4 galvanically-isolated open-collector outputs and isolated 0 to 10 V analog output are available. Perhaps you need migrate from LPT(parallel printer) port to USB? Here is PoKeys57CNCb25 that will do that as easy as it gets. The device features 12 digital outputs and 5 digital inputs in total. If you are searching for the CNC controller with 3-axis support. There is a universal IO device PoKeys57U USB or PoKeys57E Ethernet version with the ability to expand the number of axes.

CNC controller is the brain of the machine. It is main piece of electronics hardware that controlls and interfaces with peripheral electronics devices. They are most commonly motor drivers, IO cards, VFDs etc. The controller in combination with it’s software interprets the g-code and sends electrical signals to periphery in synchronized manner.
Our controllers work with Mach3 and Mach4 software. The main advantage of Mach is the flexibility since they can control all kids of machines like plasma cutters, milling machines, lathes, routers and all kinds of special purpose machine. They are configurable with all kids of custom hardware interfaces as well as custom software modifications.
Mach has wide range of users and the support is easy to find on forums, facebook groups etc. so it is easy to get help with the Mach configuration and integration.
The controllers that we offer can also work as standalone machine controller that can be programmed with our own (free) PoBlocks software to have logic like PLC controllers.
We offer wide range of peripheral devices that have easy connectivity with our PoKeys product line. They enable easier cable management as well as very open range of custom machines and expansions. We offer CAN relay board PoRelay8 with 8 relay channels. For CNC controllers we have keyboard, pendant and much more peripheral devices that enable easier interaction with the CNC machine. We are also actively developing new products and peripheral devices.
Of course! We are adding and developing new features as well as fixing bugs in the current versions. We are updating plugins for Mach3 and Mach4 as well as our PoBlocks and PoKeys applications. We are in contact with our customers about their needs and we are adding peripheral devices and features according to them. The new products are also in development.
